CHAPTER IV. THE AUDITOR (CENZOR)
Art. 31. In fulfilling its mission the Auditor (Cenzor) checks the way FIITEA patrimony is being administrated.
Chapter V. OTHER BODIES
Art. 32. The structure of FIITEA compartments is decided by the General Director based on the demands of specific activity as resulted from the activity plan and in observance of legislation in the field.
Art. 33. Work teams and territorial centers in the country and abroad may be organized, observing pertinent legal provisions for each case.
Art. 34. In the case of more expanded regional activities, FIITEA may create branches with the task to coordinate the work teams or groups in the regions, including demonstrative centers or beekeeping exhibitions of bee products for nutrition and therapy.
TITLE V.
DISSOLVING AND LIQUIDATION
Art. 35. FIITEA will be dissolved:
a) by right
b) by court decision.
Art. 36. FIITEA will dissolve by right by:
Impossibility to achieve the purpose for which it was created, if in 3 month time since this fact is noted no change is made to the purpose.
Note of dissolving is taken through pertinent Court decision.
Art. 37. FIITEA will dissolve by Court decision:
i) when the purpose or activity of FIITEA has become illicit or contrary to public order
ii) when the achievement of the purpose is pursued through illicit means or contrary to public order
iii) when a purpose other than the one for which it was created is pursued
iv) when it has become insolvent.
Art. 38. In case of dissolution, FIITEA will return the assets remaining after liquidation to the International Federation of Beekeeping Associations - APIMONDIA, for use to the purpose of promoting and developing beekeeping worldwide.
TITLE VI.
FINAL DISPOSITIONS
Art. 39. FIITEA uses English as the official language, as well as the official languages of the United Nations Organization, in debates and scientific works. Romanian language may also be used mainly for activities in Romania.
Art. 40. FIITEA will pay all its obligations to the Romanian state within due dates and in conformity with the legislation in effect.
Art. 41. The Rules concerning the organization and operation of FIITEA will be subjected for registration to the pertinent authorities, in conformity with Romanian legislation.
